Insurance and Payment
We are working towards accepting most insurance plans and offer a reduced fee for uninsured clients. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and we are committed to making our services accessible to all. We provide a student rate for those in collage seeking care.
Currently we are in network with BCBS IL, Optum UBH/UHC, Cigna and Aetna in Illinois for medication management. For TMS, we are in network with BCBS IL, Optum UBH/UHC, Cigna and Aetna in Illinois and have single case agreements for Medicare and TriCare for TMS services only. Please reach out for student rates.
Out of Pocket Rate:
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (60-90 min) $325
Medication Management w/ Psychotherapy (20-30 min) $170
Medication Management Only (10-15 min) $85
TMS Evaluation, Mapping and First Treatment $325
TMS follow up sessions $185
Miscellaneous Fees:
Late Cancel or No Show (not covered by insurance) $125
Late Cancel or No Show Initial Evaluation (not covered by insurance) $150
Returned Check Fee $25
There are several services that we elect not to charge for: the occasional short phone call with client, coordination of care with client’s other providers, an occasional special document requiring less than 10 minutes.
