Complete phone screening and Electronic intake forms.
These forms will allow us to submit to insurance to ensure treatment will be covered OR find out how much treatment will cost you out of pocket.

Complete full evaluation by TMS provider. This is a one hour appointment that is done in person.
We finalize insurance coverage and out of pocket costs.
Typically insurance will cover treatment if you meet "criteria"

Complete brain mapping by TMS provider and start with your first of daily TMS treatments.
Brain mapping allows us to know exactly where to place/angle the helmet. Mapping AND first treatment is about 45 min appointment
Follow up TMS treatments are 18-22 minutes long, depending on the appropriate protocols required.
